Respected Sir/Madam, My mother is 67 years old with Rectal cancer and here are the details. She doesn't have any other conditions like diabetes etc.. except high B.P. Diagnosis: Neuroendocrine Tumor of Rectum with Mets(Liver) Biopsy: Suggestive of poorly differentiated Malignancy Colnoscopy(on 14/09/2019): Exophytic growth @5-10 cm from anal verge IHC: Suggestive of Neuroendocrine tumor, GRADE II, Ki67 3-4% Her present stomach is size is 41 inches now and it's very rapidly growing. it was 36 inches in December. Her weight is 72 kgs now and it was 66 kgs few weeks back. She is very uncomfortable with this big size stomach even to sit and eat. Please review this info and let us know if any surgery is possible to cut down liver tumor so that she can live longer.
