As per my understanding you want to know about the 1. Total knee replacement and 2. IVF. 1. Total Knee replacement surgery is done to replace the damaged joints so patient is relieved of symptoms. The knee joint with an artificial knee called prosthesis made of metal, plastic, and ceramic. It helps to restore function of the damaged knee and relieve arthritis pain. Knee replacement surgery is advised if the pain is interfering with your daily activities and negatively affecting your quality of life. Generalised fitness is important here. Total knee replacement is being done on the patients routinely, but some of the risks associated with this surgery are infection, blood clots, failure of the artificial joint, heart attack etc. Post surgery care, rehabilitation is very important. Consult an orthopedic. 2. In vitro fertilisation (IVF) is a process of fertilization, where an egg is combined with sperm and fertilised outside the body, in a liquid in a laboratory. Consult a gynaecologist, who on valuation the case will guide through the treatment. Hope our answer helps you.

It helps to restore function of the damaged knee and relieve arthritis pain. Knee replacement surgery is advised if the pain is interfering with your daily activities and negatively affecting your quality of life. Types of knee replacement surgery Simultaneous bilateral knee replacement - When both knees are replaced at the same time. The primary advantage of a procedure is that there is only one hospital stay and one rehabilitation period to heal both knees. But rehabilitation may be slower. Also these patients may need assistance at home also. Generalized fitness is important here. Staged bilateral knee replacement- Each knee is replaced at a different time. These surgeries are done a few months apart. This staged approach helps one knee to recover before the second surgery. The main advantage of a this procedure is the reduced risk of complications and also requires a shorter hospital stay. However, since this procedure requires two surgeries, the overall rehabilitation period can be longer. Either surgery may involve any combination of total knee replacement or partial knee replacement. The risks associated with this surgery: infection, blood clots, failure of the artificial joint, heart attack etc. Post surgery care, rehabiliatation is very important. Hope our answer helps you.

Hello, If you are medically fit you can go for total knee replacement (TKR) surgery, one at a time or both depending on your doctor’s decision and your preference. Total knee replacement means replacement of damaged or worn surfaces of the knee, replacing with an implant/prosthesis. The patient gets relief from the pain and increased mobility in day to day activity. If everything goes well than the quality of life improves to a great extent. Lifestyle modifications like correct diet, regular walks, weight control, yoga, and destressing are important part of recovery. Please consult an orthopedic for further guidance and help on this. Hope our answer helps you.
