What should you not do before a pulmonary test?
Can I take a hydro codons pill and pass an oxycodone urine test
Female | 44
If you take a hydrocodone pill, it may appear as oxycodone in a urine test since they are both opioids. Signs include sleepiness as well as confusion besides slow breathing. Therefore, before using any drugs one must consult a pulmonologistl to prevent complications during screening.

Please am having shortness of breath sometimes and I have problem sometimes to swallow my own saliva my saliva try up sometimes. I went to go do PCV test and it’s show my blood level is 43 Is that too much and can that be the reason for all this that am feeling because I went yo do echo test and I was told my heath is ok Can 43 packed cell volume normal cause all this please I need answer maybe if I can go donate
Male | 24
Your packed cell volume (PCV) of 43% is within the normal range for most adults. Shortness of breath and difficulty swallowing saliva can be caused by various conditions unrelated to your PCV level. It’s important to consult a pulmonologist for your breathing issues and a gastroenterologist for your swallowing difficulties to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.

My daughter has had a pretty bad cough since Wednesday. We know it’s bronchitis, but we need some over-the-counter medicine for her to take. Do you have any recommendations?
Female | 13
if this is bronchitis, the problem is that there may be some swelling inside her lungs’ airways. It causes coughing, mucus and sometimes fever too. Give her lots of water to drink and let her have enough bed rest. Additionally, consider buying an OTC cough syrup with dextromethorphan for her. This will relieve the irritation in the throat making the cough less frequent and more productive. Do not exceed the recommended dose on the label without consulting a doctor or pharmacist first.

How to take sevfurane 50 inhaler? After taking sevfurane does a person stop breathing? What if a person drinks the sevfurane?
Female | 27
Inhale the sevfurane 50 by breathing in slowly and deeply while pressing down on the inhaler. Do not stop breathing after taking it as it should not make you stop breathing. If a person drinks sevfurane, they may feel dizzy, confused, have a slow heartbeat or even slip into a coma. In such a case, one should be rushed to the hospital without any delays. Drinking sevfurane is extremely dangerous and could lead to loss of life.

Sir/Mam I have been diagnosed with Prominence of broncho vascular markings.?Few tiny calcification at both hilar area in chest and I have tested Tuberculosis Negative and i do not have any kind of symptoms I do not smoke. What might be the cause of those scar? as I am planning to go abroad for job will I be able to clear GAMCA Medical?
Male | Shikhar Bomzan
Even though you've tested negative for Tuberculosis and have no symptoms, these markings might be due to previous inflammation or infection. It's important to follow up with your doctor to make sure everything is okay before going abroad for a job. Get a thorough check-up and any additional tests your doctor recommends.
