To ensure healthy and shining skin, it is imperative to establish a consistent and appropriate skincare regimen. Use a mild face wash to cleanse; moisturizing regularly, and using sunscreen to safeguard from sunburns are also important. Using a scrub at least once/twice a week or a face mask would be nice. Thus, you remove dead skin cells to renew it

This abnormality may be the symptom of a wide range of causes from a common infection to a benign growth. Depending on what you are describing, it may be a type of skin disorder called vitiligo. With vitiligo, the cells that make the pigment in the skin are destroyed through the melanocyte process, thereby producing white spots on the skin. It is always best to book an appointment with a dermatologist.

Taking care of your skin is not very complex; just following the simple steps of a daily skincare routine can give you the best results. Wash your face with mild cleansers twice a day, moisturize your face daily, and use sunscreen as sun protection is paramount. For clear and healthy skin, make an appointment with a dermatologist.

If you follow the given description, your child might be having a fungal infection, which is called tinea corporis, commonly known as ringworm. The disease is manifested in some areas as red ring-like rashes that can occur on the back and face. To ensure that you get an accurate diagnosis and the right treatment, I suggest you seek help from a dermatologist or a physician who specializes in skin disorders.

The symptoms you are having including a sensation of heat on your body as well as red dots and different colors on certain skin areas could be suggestive of a skin condition.
