It’s normal for the vaginal area to be dark. This darkening is called hyperpigmentation which begins to appear post puberty. Hormone, friction and aging are the causes. However, if the change is sudden, or if you experience itchiness or scabbiness down there, then you must get yourself checked by a specialist. Doctor may suggest personalized healthcare & hygiene tips depending on your skin type, and can also suggest advanced treatments such as chemical peels and laser therapies. Dear ma'am, following treatments are used for dark circle removal:
Skin lightening creams: they reduce darkness under your eyes.
Laser therapy: damaged cells under your eyes are vaporized using heat produced as a result of intense light beam.
Chemical peel: a solution made of certain acids which are beneficial for your skin, is applied on your skin and peeled off later.
Additionally, there are minimal invasive surgical techniques too, such as removing fat from your lids if the cast of their shadow is the culprit behind your dark circles, which is known as blepharoplasty, and otherwise you can also inject certain acids into the tissues under your eyes, in recommended quantities, to fill for volume loss, they are referred as fillers.
Above treatments are effective against pimples too, but the doctor will mostly start with lifestyle fixes and medicines.

The dedicated specialist will perform either of the 2 surgeries which we have mentioned below:
Surgical excision: Entire mole will be cut out and the skin would be then stitched closed if necessary.
Surgical shave: Through a surgical blade your mole will be shaved off.
Post surgery your mole will be examined by the doctor to detect presence of cancer cells, and your dermatologist will update you if they are.
They should cost you between Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000, depending on clinic location, doctor expertise, and size or depth of mole.
Anesthesia will be injected, but as after effects are concerned, you will experience discomfort or irritation.
You can get in touch with the experts, through our page, if you intend to know more, our trusted experts will guide you through the process in a detailed manner - Dermatologists in India.
Also, mole shouldn't grow back but if they do then show yourself to the doctor.

Answered on 28th June '21

The laser hair removal procedure (costing rs. 1,500 to rs. 55,000 per session) can slow hair growth, but for permanent hair removal, electrolysis is the only known method, and same is also recognized by the FDA. Electrolysis hair removal treatment in India can cost you anywhere between Rs 800 to Rs 5,000 per hour and is safe to use on facial region. Cost of both treatments can vary however, depending on factors such as doctor's choice of equipment, location, number of sessions, and area covered. Electrolysis would additionally depend on the density of your hair too. For more information you can refer to our list of Dermatologists in India and connect with the right experts, you can also approach us whenever you have any doubts. The temporary side effects of both procedures include pain, redness and swellings. But if not done carefully, then they can also lead to scarring, keloid scars and changes in skin color as well.

Sir bumps under tongue signals a minor medical condition in most cases, and points rarely towards cancer, also, a lot of times they resolve on their own, but if even after waiting for 14 days you find that they didn't go away, then it means that you need to meet a doctor (although it doesn't by itself mean tumor), for your convenience, we are linking you to our page - Ent/ Otorhinolaryngologists in India, do let us know of your progress and you can always reach out to us whenever you feel confused!

Hair loss regrowth treatment

We have tried to brief on clinical treatments for hair loss below:

Medication: if it's some hormonal disorder or genetic predisposition.
One treatment which doesn't require prescription, and what we can suggest is - Minoxidil: which comes in liquid, foam and shampoo forms, same is to be applied on the scalp skin once everyday for women and twice regularly for men. It might take a few months for you to be able to tell whether the treatment is working or not, and if it does then you can continue using the medicine to retain benefits. Possible side effects however include scalp irritation and unwanted hair growth on the adjacent skin of the face as well as hands.

Hair transplant surgery: While undergoing this procedure, a dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon removes hair from that part of your head which has hair and transplants it to a balding region. Each patch of hair has one, few, or several hair strands. Sometimes a larger strip of skin containing multiple hair groupings is taken. You won't be hospitalized for this, but it is painful so you'll be given a sedation medicine. Possible risks you may run into bleeding, bruising, swelling and infection. You may need more than one surgery to get the desired effect. But if you hair loss was hereditary, then it will eventually progress despite this surgery.

Laser therapy: Not researched extensively but some studies have claimed that it can be beneficial.
Lifestyle fixes: such as shampoo/conditioner/oil with those ingredients which are specific to your hair and skin type, or diet changes and exercise schedule will be planned, or may be some effective hair spray.
You can start with minoxidil for now, but if it doesn't work then please approach a specialist, for your convenience, we are also linking our page which might help you out - Hair Loss Treatment doctors in Mumbai, do tell us if you require list based on a different region, and also, you can approach us anytime you have doubts!

Approaching a dermatologist will be helpful in your situation seeing that no home remedies have worked so far.
For your ease we are elaborating on 4 clinically advanced treatments which are concerned with tan removal:
Laser toning: laser device breaks down the pigment within our skin and reduces the appearance of tan, sun spots, etc.
Chemical Peel: solution containing skin nourishing acids, which are extracted from fruits and is applied on your skin, same enables generation of newer & healthier looking skin cells, thereby resulting in removal of older tanned layers of your outer skin as well.
Microdermabrasion: this is concerned with the removal of outer most layer of your skin and rejuvenation of deeper layers of skin which gets revealed in the process.
Creams/face pack/face wash: Results delivered by these are temporary, but with regular application you are able to see some changes, even then the results aren't skin deep and can return your skin to the state that it was at, before you had started using them.
Treatments except that of creams & products will vary from Rs. 4,000 to Rs. 10,000, depending on factors such as expertise of doctor, equipment type, and location of clinic.
