Have you checked the AMH level of yourself, and also the antral follicle count in Sonography?

Hsg is not the absolute report, probability of it being right is 60% since the patient is conscious and the procedure itself is painful, thus the report can falsely show positive/negative indication. The true status of the tube is better assessed by a diagnostic hysterolaparoscopy, wherein we put a telescope in your abdomen.

If in any doubt, then approach doctors from this page - Ivf doctors in India, or you can seek help from me too.

Hello, In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a process where the eggs are fertilized outside the body. During this procedure, the woman is given medications so that she can produce several eggs that are extracted when they are mature and combined with the sperm sample given by her partner. If the eggs are fertilized by the sperm, they are kept in a special incubator to develop for three to five days. The fertilized eggs are called embryos. These embryos are then transferred to the uterus. The cost of IVF in Hyderabad is approximately Rs. 100000 to Rs. 250000. Hope our answer helps you. Hello, You can definitely think of IVF but sperm washing will be required in your case. It is very helpful to understand that sperm washing will reduce the risk but is not a risk-free method as technically, the virus could still be present in the washed sample at a titer below the detection limit of the HIV assay. So consult an HIV specialist to understand the technical details, our page may help you find trustworthy & credible doctors - Hiv Treatment doctors in Mumbai. Hope our answer helps you.

Hello , As you are already suffering from azoospermia problem ICSI would likely be a better option compared to IVF. Also, your past history with IVF treatment didn't work so it is quite clear that ICSI may give successful result in the future. You can also consult the doctor about IMSI treatment (Intracytoplasmic morphologically selected sperm injection) which can be also considered in the case of Azoospermia. In this technique sperm cells are examined using an advanced and a highly magnified microscope that helps in the selection of better sperm that is having the highest chance of achieving successful fertilization. Hope this answer helps you. Our blog will help answer your questions with regards to other assisted reproductive techniques - Cost of IVF Treatment in India.
