Hello, We have listed below the complete procedure and the cost of Liver Transplantation:
 

  • Following are the details required:
  1. Patient information: Age, sex, height, Weight, blood group.
  2. Summary: written by treating physicians including current problem, previous surgeries, comorbidities.
  3. Radiological investigations: done within 3 months. Reports of X-ray, US/CT scan/ MRI (whatever available).
  4. Tests report: mandatory (Blood test should be done within 1 month, Send old reports as well if available). Hb, CBC, Sr. Bilirubin (direct, indirect), SGOT, SGPT, Alkaline phosphatase, Gamma GT PT, INR, APTT, Na, K, Urea, creatinine.
  5. Any tumor marker: like AFP, CEA, CA19-9 in the test reports.
  6. Any microbiology report: Histopathology/cytology report. Any other investigation did
     
  • DOCUMENTS THAT ARE NEEDED TO BE SENT WITH THE PATIENT:
  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Passport (only for a patient outside India)
  3. An affidavit from the patient stating list of all family members and near relatives
  4. Family Tree
  5. Local address proof
  6. Family pictures were taken along with the patient, donor, and other family members
  7. Marriage certificate (if married)
  8. Passport size photos (25-nos)
  9. Income Proof (if available)
  10. Approval from the home country embassy in India
  11. Police Verification for Address & Criminal Records

As per my understanding the patient is having chronic liver disease, and needs liver transplant. Liver transplant should not be an issue. You need to get listed for donor's list.
