I have been getting flare ups on my ankles that are itchy and hot, they come and go every few weeks and I’m a little concerned
Answered on 12th June '24
You may have eczema, a condition that can lead to itchy, inflamed patches of skin that usually show up on the back of your knees. This happens when your skin gets too dry and irritated. To relieve your symptoms, try using a mild moisturizer and staying away from strong soaps or detergents. If this doesn’t help, talk to a dermatologist who can give you more advice.

I am a 28 year old female who has had itching, pain and a full feeling inside of both of my ears for about 2 months. I thought it was earwax build-up so I bought an ear camera and my ears are clear, but they are both very red and irritated and there is a small bump in front of my left ear drum. I don't really have the funds for a Dr so I just want to confirm that it's not something serious
Answered on 12th June '24
You could have an infection if you have itching, pain, and redness. Also, the small bump you mentioned near your left eardrum might indicate this. Although infections may resolve spontaneously, you should not ignore them. Clean your ears gently and avoid putting objects into them. If the symptoms worsen or fail to go away, visit an ENT specialist.

Hi doctors please i need help, before 20 days on my panis glans itching, redness, and rushed, smegma also and I buy cream from local pharmacy ELICA - M, mometasone furoate 0.1 % w/w,miconazole nitrate 2% w/w ,external use only can I use on my panis glans please reply as soon as possible
Answered on 11th June '24
Based on what you’ve described, it could be a yeast infection on your penis. Yeast infections can cause itching, redness, and a rash. The ointment you bought has mometasone and miconazole, which may aid in treating fungal infections such as yeast. Ensure you use this cream exactly as directed by applying a thin layer only to the affected area. If no improvement is seen after applying the medicine according to the instructions or if the condition worsens, consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.

I may have accidentally swallowed bathroom cleaner 2 weeks ago
Answered on 10th June '24
Swallowing bathroom cleaners can be dangerous. If you did this 2 weeks ago and are still having symptoms such as stomach pain, nausea, trouble breathing, or vomiting, it's crucial to seek help immediately. Ingesting these chemicals can harm your throat, stomach, and other organs. Drink lots of water and visit a doctor right away for further treatment.

What is reason of yellow tangue with pain and some infaction on the side of tangue
Answered on 10th June '24
If you have a yellow tongue with pain as well as white patches on the side you could have oral thrush which is a condition caused by fungus growing in the mouth cavity. Poor oral hygiene may lead to it; the use of antibiotics can also trigger this while having weak immunity systems puts one at greater risk too. To solve this problem people need to improve their oral hygiene, take yogurt containing live cultures or consider seeking help from a dentist if necessary.

Both the sides of my penis is red and itchy from last 10 days
Answered on 8th June '24
If you’re experiencing redness and itching on both sides of your penis, it could be a skin condition like contact dermatitis or a fungal infection. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry. Avoid using scented soaps or lotions. Try using an over-the-counter antifungal cream to see if it helps. If the symptoms persist, it would be best to consult with a dermatologist.
