I am 66 years old. Known case of ESRD on heamodialysis 3 times for the last 5 months. H/O htn on medication for the last 9ys . No DM . Past HO hepatitis c ( cured)
Male | 66
When you have ESRD, your kidneys do not work well. Although dialysis is working for you, high blood pressure may cause more difficulties. Be on the lookout for signs like being tired, swollen body parts and/or having trouble breathing. Do not stop taking your hypertension drugs; also follow a diet that is good for the kidneys plus keep being active.

what is creatine in kidney? My creatine is found 2.5. What to do now? I have not understood. Is it dangerous for my kidney? Please guide me.
Female | 42
Creatine is produced by the body and generally excreted by the kidneys. A creatinine level over 2.5 can indicate kidney dysfunction. Symptoms may include fatigue or swelling. Conditions such as hypertension or diabetes can lead to this problem. To support your kidneys, ensure sufficient hydration, consume nutritious meals, and adhere to medical advice.

If the levels of Creatinine get high, it can indicate that his kidneys are not functioning well. Fatigue, swelling, and difficulty urinating are all symptoms connected with this. There could be many causes such as lack of fluids or even certain drugs he may be taking for these signs and symptoms which include tiredness, edema (swelling) around ankles or eyes as well as anuria. The amount of urine that comes out from my body has increased over a week.
Female | 23
Noticing a drastic change in the output of urine by the body is quite essential. It could imply multiple things. Sometimes the intake of liquids and specific foods will make you pass out more waste from your body. However, if these alterations occur without any clear explanation and are accompanied by frequent thirst, it means that you should visit a nephrologist as soon as possible because it might be an indication of an illness such as diabetes or kidney disease.

I've test kidney function test all the parameters are in normal range except uric acid that is 7.9 mg/dl, and I want to take creatine supplement should i take it. (And before KFT test I had have ate fish and high purine food).
Male | 20
Your UA climb was up to 7.9mg/dl and you are considering using creatine. With higher UA comes greater chances for gout, a condition marked by pain and swelling in the joints. You should not take any creatine supplement right now while still eating fish and other high-purine foods since this would elevate your UA even further. To help decrease its level, stick with those things lower in purines.
