What could cause gland enlargement and lymph node swelling?
I am a 39 year old man. I have a increased gland beneath my left ear which is not painful but causes some pressing sensation in the inside of my mouth. My ultrasound detected a few enlarged and few subcentimeter cervical lymphnodes.
