Nosebleeds can happen because the air is dry or if you sneeze a lot. If you are spitting blood with a bleeding nose, it might be from the back of your nose. Sit straight up, pinch your nose, and breathe through your mouth. If it doesn’t stop, get help from an ENT specialist.
