Pleural fibrosis results in thickening of the lungs lining and further development of breath problems and other symptoms. It is not preferred to use the Hyperneb 3% for taking steam while it has a hypertonic saline solution that is for nebulization therapy. Humidifying steam can also be achieved by plain water or using a saline solution. If you accumulate to any respiratory problems, don't hesitate to see pulmonologists for correct diagnosis and treatment.

Liquid between the lungs is called pleural effusion. Among the reasons causing pleural effusion, congestive heart failure, pneumonia, cancer and kidney or liver disease are some of them. A significantly levelled D-dimer can mean that there are blood clots, which can also lead to pleural effusion. It is worth to see a pulmonologist to get appropriate evaluation and treatment.

You should not combine it with diflucan sinus and bronchitis infection medications. Promethazine DM syrup is a drug that contains an antihistamine and a cough suppressant, while diflucan is a medication with antifungal action. It is advisable to get a prescriber's advice before taking any medicine and follow their patient care course accordingly. For sinus infection and bronchitis, turning to a pulmonologist or an ENT specialist is recommended.
