You are feeling a bit uncomfortable in that area. When you pee and feel a burning sensation, it could be because of an infection such as a UTI (urinary tract infection). This might have caused swelling which made the skin on your penis tight. Infections can sometimes stick around and affect other parts too. So it would be good for you to see a urologist who will give you the right treatment.

My Nephew was being treated for high bilirubin during which Blood/urine test were done with +ve UTI. MCU suggested PUV which is not clearly visible in the X-Ray. One surgeon mentioned surgery, another Urologist mentioned nothing is required as it’s not clear and there are no symptoms of fever or UTI in the kid. Please advise.

Your nephew was watched for high bilirubin, which is good. It’s a puzzle with a positive UTI and maybe PUV. Symptoms include fever and UTIs. PUV can block urine flow. Surgery might be necessary but it’s not clear from the X-ray. If there is no fever or symptoms, don’t hurry now. Continue working with the doctors.

You may be experiencing a problem with your urinary tract due to your constipation. When urine is slow to come out and in a weak stream, that might mean there is an issue within the urinary system. Also, dehydration can make urine appear pale. A feeling of heaviness or fullness in the lower pelvic area could indicate concern for either the bladder or prostate gland; this should be checked out by a urologist right away so they can recommend appropriate treatment after evaluating it properly.

Frequent urination can be due to various reasons like urinary tract infections, diabetes, or an overactive bladder. It's important to visit a urologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Hi, I’m a 26 female, I am dealing with pain in my urethra when I pee it’s a sharp pain and takes some time to go away, I have to sit very slow, it doesn’t burn afterward either after the pain subsides but it’s super painful in the initial sit down

The symptoms you are describing could be due to a urinary tract infection (UTI) or other urinary issues. It's important to consult a urologist who specializes in urinary tract problems to get a proper diagnosis and treatment.
