I am 25 year old and my poos are inconsistent
Male | 25
Your stools can vary sometimes, that's normal. If you see changes in appearance or frequency, it may relate to your food, stress, or illness. Certain items you consume might cause it. Eat fiber, drink water, relax more. But if it continues, check with a gastroenterologist.

Sir I having IBS constipation, motion not going completely daily it goes small amount and where toilet goes that place after bowel movement that was paining and mucus going toilet not coming
Male | 18
Stress, certain foods, hormones – they all might trigger IBS flare-ups. But there are things you can try. Eat a balanced diet with plenty of fiber and water. Practice relaxation methods like deep breathing exercises. If it doesn't improve, see a gastroenterologist. They can properly evaluate your condition and recommend treatment options.

I haven't been able to freshen up properly for a few days...and I have stomach pain on my left side.
Male | 33
Gas buildup or constipation could create this unpleasant feeling. Not expelling waste regularly causes issues too. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Fiber-rich foods aid waste removal from the body. Mild exercise like walking helps food move along smoothly. However, if pains persist despite self-care measures, it's wise to consult a gastroenterologist promptly.

Albendazole is a common treatment, yet sometimes it falls short. If you still see worms after taking it, don't be afraid. Doctors might suggest a different medication or extend the treatment duration.
