Total Knee Replacement
If you care for your loved ones, please rethink about this doc! Would not recommend this doctor, he has anger issues, he does not know how to behave, and is always in a rush to get things finished! Wait hours are obnoxious & clearly, his demand has reached his head! Forget compassion towards his patients -he is always yelling at them, his staff, and the folks who work around him. With time pride and overconfidence are making him do what he does, I guess which is costing him now- a downhill for him for sure! I regret that he treated my family member and his team which is a group of clowns- a salesman by profession originally( who claims to be Doc's friend )and is now handling medicine, and prescriptions on behalf of this doctor who is crazy busy, and another lady Ms. M who lives in her own "la la land ", "tries" to be over nice and cannot handle anything properly always in a rush to push OT dates - obviously to maximize $$$ for the doc , I fail to digest that before a knee replacement, the doc or his team forgot to hand in the manual which mentions the flip sides of getting this done! Question when FORTIS made the manual for prospective patients how the hell did they miss it? The coordination between the doc and physiotherapists who come home post-TKR is pathetic, the doctor does the TRK and drops the ball then it is up to GOD to get you well and back to normal life. My healthy family member with knee issues got TKR for both knees and barely came back alive - it has been almost 2 months now still trying to learn how to walk, post a life-threatening situation because of the negligence of Doc and his team paired with a commissioned Physiotherapist team of EXPERTS ( please check licensed before they touch your patient) I regret we got this done at FORTIS with this so-called talented doc- Dr Anindansu Basu , thanking our stars that my family member is still alive.
