I feel testis pain today plzz suggest me best medicine
Male | Dev
Testis discomfort may arise from things such as injuries, infections, or inflammations. Common indicators are; swelling, redness, and aching in the testicles. To ease these symptoms, it is essential that one wears supportive undergarments and takes rests too while using over-the-counter painkillers such as ibuprofen. If these signs persist or get worse, visit a urologist immediately.

I been having issues where im going to much to the bathroom a lot at night and cramping up a lot why am i have those issues
Male | 33
It seems that you have the problem of unnecessarily frequent urination at night and the associated cramps. These conditions might be caused by an overactive bladder, which involves the muscle of the urinary bladder squeezing more frequently than normal. It may result from different things like taking too much fluids before sleep or certain ailments. To manage this, reduce your liquid intake before going to bed and consult a urologist for more check-ups.

I am suffering from swelling on anterior part of penis since 3 months . It's difficult to retract foreskin which is thin . There is also one round white area of discoloration on glans. Sometimes there pain is on right side of thigh. Kindly suggest the possible tests if required for getting the proper diagnosis.
Male | 41
It may be phimosis if the foreskin is unable to retract over the head of the penis due to tightness, as per your symptoms. Swelling and discoloration could result from irritation and infection caused by the trapped foreskin. The thigh pain could also be linked to this issue or possibly a different problem altogether. An examination by a urologist is necessary. The tests that may be carried out include blood tests for infection, urine tests, and a physical examination of the affected area.

Based on the symptoms you have told, pain and burning in your penis may be due to infection. This might happen from masturbation as well but this also carries the chance of infection. Please see a urologist for a solution to this problem so that the correct treatment can be advised.

Treatment of phimosis can how be done
Male | 35
Phimosis is a condition in which the foreskin is tight and cannot be pulled back over the head of the penis. This can cause pain during urination, swelling, or difficulty cleaning. usually, it is a result of infections or inflammation. Gentle stretching exercises, steroid creams or surgery if severe enough are possible treatments. A urologist should be consulted for proper diagnoses.
