If you have light pricking pain on the left chest caused by gas, opt for positional changes and slight motion along with over-the-counter antacids. Also, adjust your diet to lower foods that produce gas. If the symptoms continue and you are worried, see your doctor so that they can thoroughly assess them. If the pain is high or accompanied by worrying symptoms, seek medical care immediately. Always follow your Doctor’s advice as each case is different.
