Why is blood in stool with hard bowels?
I am 34. I am male. Blood is coming out of the toilet door because my bowels are hard. It has been going on for two or three days. No pain.

It appears as though you are encountering bowel difficulties. When the poop contains blood, even if there is no pain, it is abnormal. This may occur when the bowels are firm due to insufficient water consumption or fiber intake. You can attempt to soften your stool by drinking a lot of water and consuming more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. If the problem persists, schedule an appointment with a gastroenterologist for a check-up.
