if RA  positive it means that's you have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in this you need to consult rheumatologist for medications and Physiotherapist will help to prevent contractures and maintain joint and muscles in normal length and make your ADL activities easier 

RA positive has to rechecked with Anti CCP blood test. even if all reports are Normal but patient is symptomatic (Seronegative) will require medicines
