What Could Be Causing Left Arm and Chest Pain with Normal Heart Test Results?
The person got BP 130/80 and pain in left arm right to the shoulder and left side of chest but when he get tested his reports were normal not a sign of heart attack or etc. what does it mean?

Around 10 days back, I had sever chest pain and left hand along with half shoulder was paining a lot . I went to hospital immediately and got admitted. During investigation, they found BP was shoot up to 210/110 and due to this there was a pain in heart. Doctor gave me anta acidity , B fit tablet and Lonvzep tablet to continue for a week. My 2 D eco report, ECG report are normal. Since yesterday I am feeling uneasy and was having lot of sweating in night . Later it settle down. Can u please guide me how to proceed.

Hello sir, I am suffering from chest muscle tightness from past 2 years. It can be felt more while lying on bed. I release the stiffness by moving my neck and head on opposite side of stiffness.
