Hello, You can definitely think of IVF but sperm washing will be required in your case. It is very helpful to understand that sperm washing will reduce the risk but is not a risk-free method as technically, the virus could still be present in the washed sample at a titer below the detection limit of the HIV assay. So consult an HIV specialist to understand the technical details. Hope our answer helps you.
