I have delayed in my periods so I have taken a blood test of beta HCG today but I can't not understand the reports
Female | 22
Beta HCG is a hormone produced during pregnancy, but its levels can also be elevated due to other reasons. Stress, hormonal imbalances, or certain medical conditions can cause delays in periods and influence these results. My advice would be to stay calm and not jump to conclusions. If the results are unclear, it's best to consult with your gynecologist. They can help interpret the report accurately and suggest any further tests or treatments if needed.

Male | 34
To improve sperm motility and morphology, consult a fertility specialist for personalized guidance. Maintaining a healthy weight, exercising, avoiding excessive alcohol or smoking, and following a balanced diet may help. And your specialist may also recommend medications, supplements, or assisted reproductive techniques like IUI or IVF.

My fetus is measuring 10-11 behind lmp based gestational stage. What could be the cause?
Female | 26
If your fetus is measuring 10-11 weeks behind the expected stage, it could be due to a condition called intrauterine growth restriction (IUGR). Symptoms, such as a baby smaller than expected on ultrasound and reduced fetal movement, can be attributed to this condition. This is a result of, for instance, common factors such as high blood pressure, smoking, or some health conditions. Visit your gynecologist to get an opinion on this.

Whats the conception date if ultrasound results on 25th July 2024 showed that the baby is 30 weeks old
Male | 28
Based on the ultrasound findings on 25th July 2024, the baby is probably 30 weeks old, so the conception date was around mid-November 2023. Symptoms like fatigue, morning sickness, and missed periods usually notify about pregnancy. These symptoms are the direct effect of the hormonal changes in the body. Take care of your health during pregnancy by eating well, being active, and going to your prenatal check-ups regularly for a healthy pregnancy.

LMP: 14.10.2025 GA WITH LMP 7 WEEKS 0 DAY, EDD: 21.07.2026 A single intra uterine gestational sac is noted with irregular* margins. Fetal pole and cardiac activity is not seen at present. Decidual reaction is good. No evidence of subchorionic haemorrhage Average GS diameter = 4.7 mms (5 weeks 2 days) EDD 02.08.2026 Internal OS is closed. Both ovaries appear normal. No solid or cystic adnexal mass. No free fluid in cul-de-sac. IMPRESSION: A single intra uterine gestational sac is noted with irregular* margins with average gestational age of 5 weeks 2 days.
Female | 26
Based on what we've observed, it appears that your pregnancy is around 5 weeks and 2 days along. The irregular margins of the gestational sac could be due to various factors, sometimes just the way the ultrasound picks it up. It's not uncommon at this early stage to not yet see the fetal pole or cardiac activity. This doesn't necessarily indicate a problem; it might just be too early to detect. We'll want to monitor this closely. I recommend a follow-up ultrasound in a couple of weeks to check for any developments. In the meantime, try not to worry too much; these early stages can be uncertain, but we're here to support you every step of the way.

i am 28 years, sperm count is 22 million total motility 33% progressive motility 30% live 48% dead 52% is it ok for pregnancy
Male | 28
Your sperm count is a bit low, which can be a challenge when it comes to getting pregnant. The motility also low indicates the sperm's ability to move could be a problem. This could result from different causes such as lifestyle problems, infections, or some health conditions. It is important to have a conversation with an infertility sppecialist to discuss ways to increase your chances of getting pregnant.

Female | 20
It sounds like you're experiencing a challenging situation. A negative result can occur for several reasons, including testing too early or variations in hormone levels. Symptoms during this period may include fatigue, nausea, and mood swings. I encourage you to wait a few days before retesting, as it might provide a clearer picture. Additionally, maintaining a healthy lifestyle with balanced nutrition and self-care is crucial. If you have ongoing concerns or unusual symptoms, please consult a gynecologist. They can provide personalized guidance and reassure you through this time.

took two pregnancy test one came out positive one came out negative and am unaware if am pregnant or not
Female | 19
It's not uncommon to get mixed results on pregnancy tests. Sometimes the level of the pregnancy hormone (hCG) may not be high enough to be detected in one test but can show up in another. It could also be due to the timing of the tests or how they were taken. My advice would be to wait a few days and take another test first thing in the morning when your urine is more concentrated. If you're still unsure or if you experience any concerning symptoms, it's best to reach out to your gynecologist for further evaluation and guidance.

Female | 17
It’s understandable to feel concerned about your symptoms. A late period and a positive pregnancy test followed by light bleeding can occur for various reasons, including hormonal changes or early pregnancy. The brown discharge you're experiencing may indicate old blood. Since your blood test returned negative, this could suggest that you’re not currently pregnant. I recommend keeping track of your symptoms and consulting a gynecologist for further evaluation. They can offer personalized guidance and ensure everything is okay.

I want to chk I m pregnant or not
Female | 30
To determine if you're expecting, observe your body for signs such as missed periods, fatigue, nausea, or breast tenderness. These may suggest pregnancy but can also arise from stress or hormonal changes. A home pregnancy test offers quick results and can be found at local pharmacies. For the best accuracy, take it a few days after your missed period. Regardless of results, discussing your concerns with a gynecologist is wise, as they can provide personalized insights and care.

Hii doctor what does beta hcg 522.49 mIU/LM indicates in blood test reports
Female | 21
A beta hCG level of 522.49 mIU/mL might be an early pregnancy sign, because the level of this hormone generally increases at this time. The most common early indigestion is the lack of menstruation, morning sickness, and breast soreness. Nevertheless, higher levels occurring in individuals might also indicate other causes and especially underlying medical conditions. It is crucial to see a professional for specific recommendations and to verify the context of these results.

My lmp is 4 July and I went for my first ultrasound scan on 27 august when my gestational age according to LMP was almost 8 weeks but the scan measured no fetus nor a gestational sac so I was recommended beta HCG test which reported 3129mIU/ml of HCG measuring to 5 weeks after two on September 10 I went for an ultrasound and my doctor said that the fetus hasn't grown after 5 weeks 3 days.. gastational sac measuring to 1.24 cm ...but my beta HCG report on the same day reported levated level of HCG measured to 6537.. now my doctor has advice to wait for another two weeks what are the chances of baby being there and is just not coming in an ultrasound because I haven't experienced as bleeding or spotting or even a change in discharge nor do I have nausea or vomiting... Although I do have headaches and I do notice Linea niagra showing up
Female | 18
Sharing the fetus's growth data might raise some concerns, but the absence of bleeding or spotting is a positive sign. However, the rising HCG levels and lack of embryo growth on the ultrasound need close monitoring. Symptoms like headaches and the appearance of Linea Nigra are common in pregnancy. Your doctor’s advice to wait another two weeks is sensible for further observation. During this time, focus on staying calm, eating well, and getting plenty of rest.

I am a 34 years old male. It's been 2 and half months since i got married and we are planning to have a baby but since marriage my wife got her periods two times. Last week my wife went to a gynecologist and did her check up and was found normal. So i thought of doing some tests on myself too so i did my sperm count test today. I want to share my sperm analysis and want to know if it's normal and if i need some medicines to improve my fertility. My semen analysis says: Total sperm count: 85 mill /ml Colour: Light grey Volume: 2.0 ml Viscosity: Viscous Morphology: 65% normal 35% abnormal Motility: 30% active, 30% sluggish, 40% non motile Pus cell: 10-15 /HPF RBC: 01-02 /HPF
Male | 34
Your total sperm count is quite good, and 65% normal morphology is encouraging. However, the motility shows room for improvement, as only 30% are actively moving. Elevated pus cells may indicate a minor infection, which could be addressed. I recommend maintaining a healthy lifestyle, managing stress, and perhaps discussing your findings with a urologist or IVF specialist for further evaluation. They can provide personalized recommendations or treatments if necessary.

Mm I just did a pregnancy test one line is faded and one is dark is this test positive or negative
Female | 18
If you see one line that is dark and other one is lighter, it is usually a sign of pregnancy. That dark line indicates the test has picked up a hormone called hCG in your urine, which happens during early pregnancy. The faded line may sometimes be a result of the hormone concentration. If you still have doubts, the ideal thing to do is to take another test or visit a gynecologist for the final confirmation to convince you that you are pregnant.
