Have a pulsating headache on both sides of my head since a month
Female | 18
Steady throbbing in your head for a month straight is a real downer. That might mean tension headaches. Stress, no sleep, eyes straining too much - those things can cause them. Take breaks from computer screens. Relax your body and mind. Sleep enough hours each night. Pain relievers you can buy without a prescription might help. Drink lots of water, too. But if the headaches won't go away, you should visit a neurologist to get checked out properly.

Doctor, the patient has cerebral palsy dystonia. Is steam cell treatment better ordeep brain stimulation beneficial for him, Because deep brain stimulation is beneficial for Parkinson’s patients only, and its success rate is high because it is primary dystonia and he has secondary dystonia. Thank you very much.
Male | 28
In this case, deep brain stimulation may not be the best choice since it's typically used for Parkinson's disease. Stem cell therapy that replaces damaged cells instead could be one of the ways to do it. Cerebral palsy dystonia can cause muscle stiffness or uncontrollable movements. Always consult with a doctor to explore suitable options.

Frothy urine. Though on examination, reports are normal. Physical debilitated. Diabetic patient. Sugar in control. While walking it seems flying or while lying it seems the bed is moving. The doctor says muscles movement. Due to weakness. Temporary insomnia. Sleeplessness. But sleeping just for two hours is sufficient. No fatigue, or exhaustion or cognitive loss. Everything is alright. Only weaknesx
पुरुष | 69
Frothy urine can indicate the presence of protein, which sometimes occurs due to physical strain or dehydration. Given your controlled diabetes and normal test results, combined with feelings of movement while lying down or walking, this may suggest muscle weakness or temporary fatigue. Your short sleep duration can impact overall energy, even if you don’t feel exhausted. To improve your well-being, consider gentle exercises, adequate hydration, and a balanced diet. If symptoms persist or worsen, reconnecting with your neurologist would be beneficial to rule out any underlying issues and ensure you receive personalized guidance.

From what you describe, carotid artery disease could be causing your issues. This condition blocks blood vessels in your neck. It can lead to tiredness, chest discomfort, head pressure, and left arm/leg weakness. The irregular heartbeat, poor dental health, and skull base lump may relate. Female | 24
The symptoms you're experiencing—pain, tingling, and needle-like sensations—along your right side could be related to various factors, including nerve involvement or muscle issues, especially if you've been dealing with migraines and sinusitis. While your previous doctor suggested a link to migraines, exploring this further with a medical professional is crucial. A thorough evaluation, possibly including imaging or nerve assessments, may help clarify the cause. I recommend revisiting your neurologist to discuss your symptoms and get a tailored treatment plan to improve your quality of life.

Problem: Since yesterday afternoon I have headache with eye pain and stomach gas/acidity.today i have eating banana and water after that I feel full but still hungry with small headache. Details: – Had exam stress and irregular meals – Ate mixed food (tea, momos, rice etc.) – Vomited once after headache – Feeling full, gassy, uneasy, weak – Hungry but don’t feel like eating – No fever – Headache reduced slightly with balm Concern: Please advise if this is gas/acidity or migraine and what medicine/rest is needed.
Female | 24
It sounds like a mix of gas/acidity and maybe a tension headache from all that exam stress. When we're stressed, irregular meals and different foods can really upset our system. To help, try eating small, bland meals and staying hydrated. Rest is key too, along with some over-the-counter medicine for acidity. Ginger tea might soothe your stomach as well. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it's best to see a gastroenterologist for a thorough check-up.

Try techniques like deep breathing, calming music, or creating a comfortable sleep environment to help you relax.
