Experiencing upset stomach, bloating, and shortness of breath can be caused due to gastrointestinal issues, food intolerances, or other medical conditions. Consult a good hospital where they can evaluate your condition and perform the tests required.. and recommend medications or diet changes, and evaluate if shortness of breath is related to the stomach symptoms or requires a separate assessment by a cardiologist.

As per my understanding, the patient seems to have triple vessel disease and the doctor has put one stent, but two other arteries having 100% blockage are left untreated. The ideal treatment for triple vessel disease is CABG, but there may be some more underlying factors due to which the cardiologist may have advise against CABG. You can always take a second opinion from other cardiologists, who on evaluating the patient and the reports will guide and clear all your doubts. Consult some of the Best Cardiologists in Mumbai, or any other city. Hope our answer helps you.

Driving may resume within 1-2 weeks if feeling well. You can take short walks, but avoid strenuous exercise initially. Pranayama's benefits await, yet start gently, listening closely. Should chest pain or dizziness arise, cease activity and rest. You can also talk to your cardiologist for advice.

A blood pressure reading of 129/83 will most likely be within the normal range. On the other hand, talk to a doctor if you have any misgivings with your blood pressure because you have underlying conditions. You consult a cardiologist to have a comprehensive evaluation and treatment for your hypertension.
