It looks like you've been occasionally experiencing some nasal clogging known as DNS over the past one year. DNS is an abbreviation for deviated nasal septum. It represents a situation in the nose where one side of the wall is not positioned correctly. It's important to see an ENT specialist if you've been experiencing DNS for three months. They can evaluate your condition and recommend appropriate treatment options.

When I lie down I feel pressure at back of my head and getting headaches. I have pinched nerve issues. Is this headaches related to pinched nerve.
Female | 38
The headaches and the agitated feeling in the back of your head could be due to a pinched nerve. When a nerve is pinched, it can cause pain that radiates to other areas, like your head, leading to headaches. It's important to treat the pinched nerve to relieve the pain, rather than just focusing on the headaches. Light stretching, good posture, and sometimes physical therapy can help. If the headaches persist or worsen, it's best to consult a neurologist.

My son 21 years old. Struggling with migrains. Have now started to feel pressure in forehead and dizzy. Have just now taken paracetamol 1 gram. Is it ok to take migraine medication he got from doctor last time now already? He is really scared to wake up and get it like last time. It was really bad with vomiting.
Male | 21
Weakness and sensitivity to light, as well as vomiting, may be the result of migraines. He is on paracetamol which is great, but he can also take the migraine medication his doctor prescribed if it is the case, even though it is soon after the paracetamol. It is important that the doctor’s guidance is adhered to and the medication is taken as instructed which will also help to prevent the next similar episode from happening.

What is the accurate treatment for cerebral atrophy @symptoms problem in walking, voice clarity, hand holding capacity nil
Female | 60
If a person have difficulties in walking, speaking clearly, and holding things, he/she may have cerebral atrophy. This happens when the brain cells decrease in size or numbers, and thus the communication of the neural network is disrupted. The solution for these symptoms is beneficial to both physical therapy for walking rehabilitation, speech therapy to correct the errors of speech, and occupational therapy for acquiring a stronger hand. It's crucial to work with a neurologist to design an accurate treatment plan.

My vitamin b12 levels are near about 200 ng/ml from 10 years although I am non vegetarian.currently i am on ssri from 1 year for anxiety and depression.now iam feeling muscle pain legs, numbness in fingers of hand sometimes very rare. It is due to anxiety issues or b/12 .
Male | 39
Insufficient vitamin B12 amounts can lead to muscle aches and numbness which will be considerably suffered in fingers and legs. If your symptoms are related to low B12 levels, it may still be the case that your meat-eating habits do not have any effect. The best way to handle this with your doctor is to ask them to check your B12 levels and determine whether you need treatment or supplements.

Headache with fever, stiff neck, and nausea along with them could be a serious matter. If you have suffered a head injury recently, it becomes even more crucial for you to get checked by a neurologist urgently.

I have consulted a couple of neurologists in Bangalore but it was not effective. Pain killers and muscle relaxants don't help to subside the pain. I am not able to sit as there is severe burning pain in my right leg. It has been 6 months and there has been no improvement, rather my health is deteriorating. I have tried physiotherapy as well but the pain seems to be increasing. Kindly help me with what treatment should I take up and from where?
