The right breast also hurts sometimes if you’ve pulled a muscle or it’s inflamed. Take some time off and use ice packs or heating pads if necessary. I am a 26 year old female I’ve been having muscle pain just below my clavicle bone accompanied with shoulder and neck pain. Also,a pressure builds up in my neck that causes frequent neck cracking.
