I am 30years old and married. It's my third day if period... It's not heavy but I am passing gel like stringy clots, that cause weakness in the body, dizziness, I have lower abdominal pain as well as lower back pain, accompanied with dry cough at times and lastly my breasts feel heavy and tender.
