I got stuck in decreasing calories and now i don't know how much can i start to eat to avoid refeeding syndrome. I am 20-years old male 185cm/43kg
Male | 20
This is when you eat too few calories for a long period, and suddenly eat a lot; it can be dangerous. Some symptoms include heart problems, difficulty breathing, and weakness. Be sure to start slowly with food again and increase your calorie intake gradually over days or even weeks. Getting checked out by medical professionals would help too so that there won’t be any complications.

Female | 42
Your TSH level is too high which could be an indication of a thyroid problem. High TSH levels may cause symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, fatigue, weight loss, and cold hands and feet. You would need to see an endocrinologist for expert advice and take the medicine they prescribe.

My hb1ac sugar level is 9.1 but I have no symptoms is report is wrong
Male | 43
A hbA1c sugar level of 9.1 means that your blood sugar has been high for some time. Even if you do not feel it, high levels can damage your body. Symptoms may not appear immediately. This should be taken seriously. Eating well, exercising, and perhaps medicine may help lower your blood sugar.

I am 18 year old i suffer from weight gain and full of vitamin deficiencies
Female | 18
What happens when one lacks certain nutrients is that they might feel fatigued easily, become weak, or even lose their hair among other things. One way through which this trend can be reversed would involve taking fruits and vegetables in plenty to raise vitamin levels while at the same time making sure that you don’t gain excess weight. Another method would be including foods like leafy greens; and citrus fruits within your meals

Hi I am 21 years old and I recently tested my whole body test. And I found out that my follicle hormone is 21.64
Female | Mansi Chopra
An FSH of 21.64 is a bit high. Symptoms may include irregular periods or problems with getting pregnant. To bring this level down, the best thing you can do is consult with your doctor who will on what lifestyle changes are necessary if any at all as well as possible treatments that may help lower its amount.
