i will speak about my mom , so recently her eyes disturbance began a half hour ago, she dosen't stay hydrated for a long time she drinks from time to time, she uses the phone for hours straight , she dosen't sleep well, she has lack of sleep, when she said she has crisis ; she meant that her heart start beat fast and she start walking around because she said that she can't sit , she begin to stress hard and only think of bad consequences, she said that she can;t think well , her brain is in a mess as well as her thoughts swiming in bad thoughts , she said that she had panic attack pairing with these effects . So Doctor what is the solution what she have to do ?

Your mom could be going through anxiety and panic attacks. When a person’s heart is beating fast, can’t keep still, and has bad thoughts, it might be a panic attack. It could get worse if she doesn’t sleep well, take enough water and use the phone a lot. She ought to rest more, ensure she drinks sufficient water, and take breaks from the phone if she wants to feel better. Some deep breaths may help calm her down when having one. These signs should be reported to her general practitioner immediately.

I’m a 23 year old that was diagnosed with ADHD 2 years ago. I have a hard time focusing and reading and have the urge to move around a lot when I try to concentrate on something.

It appears you're having difficulty with concentration and staying put, which are often signs of ADHD. This is because your mind functions in a slightly different way. Many people with ADHD struggle to pay attention or manage their impulses. Some things can be done such as taking medication, going for therapy as well as learning new skills that will help you handle these symptoms better.

There might have been a lot of things happening to you because of the memories of your past. Remembering the incidents might have been the most challenging situation. If you talk to someone like your friends and relatives or a psychiatrist, they may suggest taking time to regain your energy and be more flexible about your thoughts.

My brother started smoking heroine and it has been over 6 months now. He wants to quit and made a few attempts but the withdrawals and lack of will power is not allowing him. He started taking buprex as medication to combat the withdrawals. What would be best course of action for him?
Male | 21
Quitting heroin can be extremely challenging, especially without proper support and guidance. Buprex can help manage withdrawal symptoms, but he needs to undergo a structured detox program and receive counseling to address the underlying issues contributing to his addiction. Your brother should consult a psychiatrist or a qualified addiction specialist for personalized treatment and support.

Depression anxiety hai patto mai Dard hai migraine headache hai b12 defiency hai

It appears you're experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, leaf pain, migraine headaches, and B12 deficiency. These symptoms can be connected with different causes such as tension, lifestyle, or malnutrition. To cope with them, express your emotions, use relaxation techniques that are good for you, eat healthily, sleep well, and rest appropriately. I advise consulting with a psychiatrist to address your mental health concerns and a neurologist to manage your migraine headaches and assess B12 deficiency.
