I feel sleepy during book reading or using screen . While i sat on the chair i felt that my brain not working it was like shock to me i fell down from chair . My night sleep is unconscious. I felt unconscious during study or phone use. Head and eyes remains heavy . Restless legs below the knee.

These are not spasms; I do them, but I can't stop them. When I try to stop myself, I feel like I'm going to explode. I have dizziness. CBC, Triglyceride, Cholesterol, LFT, FBS tests are normal. This gets escalated after eating. With it, my anger level goes higher. I have gastritis and probably IBS-C. I don't have stress, anxiety or depression. My ears are not blocked and my eyes are okay. I feel heaviness in my eyes when this dizziness happens to me. It happens to me once in a month and then disappear after a week or ten days.
