The hot bath and Preparation H cream you are using may provide some relief but you should be aware that bleeding is not a usual cause of hemorrhoids. I advise you to see a specialist, a gastroenterologist, who knows how to diagnose and treat your condition properly. If you have any rectal blood loss symptoms, you should consult a doctor as soon as possible.
