Is Bleeding from a Hemorrhoid Bump Normal?
have what i believe to be a hemorrhoid on the outside of my anus. It causes a lil bit of discomfort but not much. each day i can feel it less and less. its been about 2 days seen i notice it. i soaked in some warm bath water with espon salt. also applied some preparation h hemorrhoidal cream to it. as of today it doesnt cause and discomfort however today while i was running errors i noticed it start bleeding and the blood isnt coming from out my butt its coming from the bump i believe to be a hemorrhoid so im trying to figure out if thats normal or should i go to emergency room?

The hot bath and Preparation H cream you are using may provide some relief but you should be aware that bleeding is not a usual cause of hemorrhoids. I advise you to see a specialist, a gastroenterologist, who knows how to diagnose and treat your condition properly. If you have any rectal blood loss symptoms, you should consult a doctor as soon as possible.
