Last month, I had done small excisional biopsy of oral lesion in inner cheek. I had been diagnosed with mild to moderate Dysplasia. Within 20 days I feel a small white lesion has grown by the side of originally biopsied area. I discussed with doctor and he suggested me for wide excisional laser biopsy. What is the chance of cancer in this biopsy? Do I still have chance of re occurance?
Male | 32
Dysplasia indicates abnormal cell changes that could potentially lead to cancer if not treated. A wide excisional laser biopsy is recommended to remove the affected tissue and reduce the chances of cancer or recurrence. Only a pathologist can determine the chance of cancer based on the biopsy results.

Female | 26
You seem to have a sore throat, flu symptoms, and fever. A viral infection commonly causes these. To ease your discomfort, try over-the-counter medicines like acetaminophen or ibuprofen for fever and throat pain relief. Staying hydrated and resting are crucial too. However, if symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical attention for proper evaluation and treatment.

There is a pain from back to toe at one side of the body and it’s been more than a month went to orthopaedic but says b12 deficiency is there had those b12 medicine and then ayurveda but still no recovery shows to me .
Male | 22
It's frustrating to experience prolonged discomfort for over a month. One-sided body pain is indeed challenging. The culprit, potentially, could be a B12 deficiency affecting nerve function. While you followed prescribed treatment, recovery may take time. Consistently adhere to your doctor's guidance. Explore complementary options like stretching exercises or physical therapy.

It is more preferable to use bottled water that is low on minerals and has pH level between 7-8 rather than tap water. It would be advisable to have an appointment with a nephrologist for further guidance on renal failure management.

As one year long before (21st nov 2023) the home dog made minor scratch in leg nail and after that I doubt and got vaccinated anti rabies vaccination on 15th dec 2023 (after 15 days) but now i am fine. whether want to fear??
Male | 25
It's understandable to have concerns after a pet-related incident. Since you received the rabies vaccination promptly, this significantly reduces any risk. Symptoms of rabies can include fever, headache, and confusion, but these appear in very specific circumstances and usually within weeks to months after exposure to a rabid animal. Given your vaccination and the time that has passed, you’re very likely safe. However, if you notice any unusual symptoms or feel anxious, it’s always wise to consult a physician. They can provide peace of mind and discuss any preventative measures you may need.
