I am 38 years old male runner and training for marathon,, but on some days while running I lose my energy and feel dizzy and unable to continue, sudden hunger and my strength completely fades for about a quarter of an hour and then I continue. Hello sir, I am suffering from chest muscle tightness from past 2 years. It can be felt more while lying on bed. I release the stiffness by moving my neck and head on opposite side of stiffness. It again happens after few minutes.
