I am a 46 year old female. 76 kgs. I have some severe acidity gastritis issues. I have been taking Nebicard 5 for the past 3 months for high BP. Still I get some pain in both sides of upper chest some times of the day. It goes away after some time. Any cause for worry about heart diseases?

I am 24 years female with anal fissure on and off for 1 month. I am on laxative, but when I stop the laxative my stools becomes hard and again tearing the anal region causing pain while pooping.
