Around 10 days back, I had sever chest pain and left hand along with half shoulder was paining a lot . I went to hospital immediately and got admitted. During investigation, they found BP was shoot up to 210/110 and due to this there was a pain in heart. Doctor gave me anta acidity , B fit tablet and Lonvzep tablet to continue for a week. My 2 D eco report, ECG report are normal. Since yesterday I am feeling uneasy and was having lot of sweating in night . Later it settle down. Can u please guide me how to proceed.

Kindly continue with your medications. Also, consult a cardiologist. He may evaluate you further and keep you under observation and monitor your all parameters. On evaluating all the findings he will guide you through your treatment. life style changes are important part of treatment like de-stressing, sleeping on time, recreational activity and others.
