Mild fat stranding and subcentimetric lymph nodes are seen around the lesion. There is resultant dilatation of proximal large bowel loops and small bowel loops, measuring up to 6 cm in maximum calibre.

I also tend to pass urine often, but in less quantity. the pain also sometimes can be observed in the middle part below the belly button. Also feel dizzy, weak and feel lower back ache when pressed.
