In MRI, the T2W/FLAIR images exhibited multiple small white matter hyperintensities in the bilateral frontal and parietal periventricular and subcortical areas. They suggest chronic small vessel ischemic change. Spinal tap water removal may not be the recommended treatment for her symptoms.
