Yesterday i went to toilet 3 times and each time i had blood with my stool. At the 3rd time even with fart the blood came out. Today i went to toilet. There was no stool came out but with fart blood came out. Also the anul are has burning feeling with pain. What it possibly could be?

I have been experiencing pain through my entire abdomen for the past two days, it is dull, it comes and goes, there is a little bit of bloating and a slight change in stool, any ideas what could it be?
