I am 32 years guy , I took hormone replacement therapy HRT for 3 months but stopped long time ago Since then I started occasionally to find a few drops of blood in my underwear a bit in the right side in the middle between the front and back despite that I never felt I ma bleeding and also I don't have any injury in this area. I made quick search I found that sometimes happens for a transwoman and is called "Breakthrough" bleeding Just not sure what it is exactly and where this blood came from Is it anything like menstrual bleeding? so if you have an idea about it would be kind to let me know

I hv stop medicine sizomant suddenly after eating of 45 days and I noticed omitting, nausea, confusion, less concentration, irritating, running here and there, anxiety.. After that I went to another dr. He gave me toficalm 50, nexito ls , arip mt 2, trymptor 10... I feel fresh but no sleep at all...asleep all the time...3 days I had that tablet.
