When someone one trying to get alpha gpc for focusing on study then what dosage you give for 19 age
Male | 19
If you're considering Alpha GPC to enhance your studies, proceed with caution. A safe daily dose for a 19-year-old is 300-600 mg, but it's best to start with a lower dose for a few days to see how your body responds. While Alpha GPC may improve cognitive function, remember to maintain a balanced diet, stay hydrated, and get enough sleep for overall health and focus.

Frequently numb hands or tingling feelings in the hands may indicate carpal tunnel syndrome. It happens when the median nerve, which travels from your forearm to your hand through a narrow passageway called the carpal tunnel, is squeezed or compressed. It is recommended that you consult a neurologist early enough for proper treatment.

Headache one side of head and vomiting some time, in sunlight when I stand 5-10min then I will senseless, can't concentrate on my study, and heavy anger issue
Female | 20
It sounds like you’re experiencing significant discomfort, which could be linked to conditions like migraines or tension headaches, especially when exposed to bright light. Nausea and difficulty concentrating may stem from this. Stress and anger can exacerbate these symptoms, leading to a cycle of discomfort. I recommend taking regular breaks in a quiet, cool space, staying hydrated, and practicing relaxation techniques. However, it’s crucial to discuss these symptoms with a neurologist for a comprehensive evaluation and tailored advice.

Am 22 girl This has been happening to me for a few days, not every day but sometimes I feel as if something is going on inside my head. It seems as if someone is bleeding flow But no symptoms like pain etc. Pain occurs at some time and that too is normal when I sleep too much. So what is this and is it normal
Female | 22
You get a feeling like bleeding but there are no pains. These symptoms can be caused by stress and anxiety. Sometimes, when we oversleep, we can also have these temporary discomforts. Managing stress is key to a healthy and balanced life. If the symptoms remain or get worse, you should see a neurologist for a check-up.

Female | 33
Epilepsy can be challenging at this time. It’s worrying that you have a few seizures each year. It may be a good idea to see a neurologist. They can help work out whether it’s safe for you to get pregnant while controlling your fitness. You need to strike the right balance for yourself and your unborn child too.

My partner has had a total of 3 seizures from overdoses. She's sober now & I really need to know the health implications, mainly in relation to brain function / impairment. The reason I am even more worried on top of the seizures, is that during each one her whole body would go limp, and her eyes would go blank. I don't mean like looking forward, I mean a legitimate dead look to it, a glaze, I was somewhat reminded of cataracts; seemed as if her actual soul was disconnected from her body & her lips would start going gray/blue; shallow breathing if any at all during this specific part. Put simply, it looks as if she was momentarily dead..
Female | 24
Her seizures from overdoses are a serious concern. If your partner is sober now, it is important for her to visit a neurologist to treat any long-term effects of her overdoses.

For this years was good, only arm and leg has difficulty to move.yesterday he has a blood pressure was 20, and couldn’t move. Now is in his bed and just stays with close eyes. We speak to him and he just open the eyes and didn’t speak since yesterday. One doctor said that he may have Covid and is ranked. I am worried about this
Male | 80
A sudden drop in blood pressure, especially to a level as low as 20, is a medical emergency that requires immediate attention. It can lead to less blood flow to vital organs, including the brain, and result in symptoms such as loss of consciousness and difficulty moving. These are serious symptoms pls don't ignore those. Your neurologist and their hospital team can guide you with treatment.

I have a daughter whose development has been a bit late since she was little. She could only lie face down after she was 1 year old and then she could walk around 3 or 4 years old. Her development is slow but she is currently in grade 11 at school, but her mental ability is very weak. Her IQ is below 100. Her right hand, right leg and arm are stiff. The sole of the right foot tilts inward so it is difficult to walk or not like a normal person. What I hope from this treatment is that she right side can function normally. Because now you need help to clean after menstruation or after defecating, considering that the only thing that can be used normally is only the left hand, and even then it is not very active.
Female | 18
Your daughter's symptoms are typical of cerebral palsy which causes a lack of muscle coordination and also results in mobility problems. Those symptoms you named are the cause of an extra motor diagnostic test to be done, like hip reflexes to be tested, and a tossed foot drop. The most optimal way is physiotherapy to do work on muscle tone or strength and loosen tightness, to let your child move properly. In the case of consistent therapy, she will grow more independent and be able to use her muscles more easily so she can join you in activities.

Female | 25
Fibromyalgia causes achy pains. These pains go away and come back without fever. Fibromyalgia hurts muscles and nerves in legs, thighs, and arms. It makes you feel tired too. Stress worsens fibromyalgia pains. Lack of sleep and weather changes worsen it also. Gentle exercises and relaxation methods might help too. Getting enough sleep is important. Eating healthy foods can help fibromyalgia. Managing stress levels might help as well.

Male | 23
Based on the symptoms you have described, there is a huge chance that you may have vertigo, which is a disease that causes a man to feel dizzy and unstable. This may be due to malfunctions in the inner ear or injury of the brain. Sometimes the position you sleep in, turning to one side, may trigger these symptoms. Try to avoid sudden head movements, drink enough water, and get enough sleep to help. If the symptoms don't go away, see a neurologist for more tests.
