I feel pressure in my throat or like a lump or something stuck it is like someone held my throat and the pressure is worse I feel like it gets worse during night I had neck pain few days ago I don't know if it is due to my posture or something else now not much pain and my saliva is kinda thick I kinda feel anxious when I think about it I lost 1 kg today and also like that throat thing goes upto my head I kinda feel like that
