Hello ! I am 26 years old and I have done semen test with medication in last 8 months in which active sperm is less high but problem is wbcs 8-10 some time increase,( bilaternal simple epididymis cysts on ultrasound report show please guide thanks !

Hi doctor, I'm actually having trouble in passing urine as urine is not coming out of my body but blood is coming out, I get irritation and pain whenever blood comes out or whenever I tried to put pressure to get my urine out. I am Male,54 years,had frenuloplsty surgery 5 months back.But still My prepuce edge 3 to 4 mm length foreskin is blackish & tight.It goes below glans comfortably in normal condition,but when erected,it goes below glans and make a very tight rubber band type on shaft causing difficulty in ejaculation with a feeling that my urethra is blocked,so tight during sexual intercourse.So what remedy is possible now..

You might have phimosis, which is when your foreskin is too tight and makes it hard for you to get hard or ejaculate. That dark color might be from the blood not flowing well. I suggest gently stretching your foreskin out every day so that it becomes more flexible. Also, see if a urologist can give you some cream that will help soften the skin. If none of this works then surgery may be required to fix things.

I'm getting recurring infection on penis head and penis glance with a bad smell. Went to urologist and dermatologist. They suggest me some medicine I took those medicine properly and problem were sloved but I got same issue again please suggest me permanent treatment.

Hi I am a 26 year old male height 6'2 weight 117 kg. Was having hair fall for a long time so consulted a doctor for that. He had given me evion(vitamin e), zincovit(multi-vitamin) , limcee(vitamin c ), Dutarun(Dutasteride .5mg) and mintop(minioxidil 5% ) for this. It's been 3-4 months now. I'm not sure about this but I think I'm now having issues maintaining a stable erection. Please guide should I stop the Dutarun medicine and what should I do to recover from this issue.is it recoverable or the damage is permanent
