I am 17 year old female, I had a common cold that started with sore throat week ago and now I don't have a cold anymore, I didn't have cough during the cold (my throat was sore for the first 2 days but then on third day my nose started to be stuffy and I didn't have sore throat or cough at all). But like 2 days ago I started to feel not pain, but like weird sensation in area of bronchi, but its not pain, just like a sensation I feel when I breathe. Its not all the time but I noticed it. I don't have cough, or any other symptoms and my cold is like 90% gone at this point, but I don't know what that sensation might come from and I don't think its bronchitidis since I dont cough, I dont have fever, and I feel generally good, just sometimes when I breathe I feel that sensation in area of bronchi as I mentioned and it doesnt make me cough, just like sometimes to slightly make that cough sound but its not cough if you know what I mean. What could be the cause and how can I get rid of it? Also, I dont know if its going to help but I sleep on my left side every night and lately I think it caused me a bit of pain in shoulder/upper chest area from being in that position all night long. So perhaps could It be caused my some pulled muscle or something from sleeping in wrong position ? Thank you for your answer.

Your case se­ems like a typical cold getting be­tter. The breathing issue­ near the bronchi may come from inflammation after the­ cold. Sleeping on the left side­ likely caused muscle discomfort in the shoulde­r and chest regions. Rest up, drink lots of fluids, and practice­ good posture to ease muscle­ pain. However, if bronchial sensation pe­rsists after a few days, see­ a pulmonologist just to be safe. Get we­ll soon!

These symptoms may mean a respiratory infection or something that can progress to more serious problems such as asthma or bronchitis. I am a 26 year old man . every night cough gets accumulated in my nose and in morning when I get up and wash my face sneezing occurs about 4 to 5 times and nose gets cleared up .... cough is transparent and in liquid from....in day time no cough..... sometimes 10 to20 times sneezing occurs.... it seems that this is my daily routine.....what to do
