Hello,
Thanks for your query,
"As" per your clinical history is concerned please take -(Crocin 650 mg ) twice a day for fever ,add -(Almox 500mg) twice a day for 7 days, add dry cough syrup (Kofarest DX) 2 teaspoons every 8 hours for 7 days , do warm saline gargle every 6 hours for 7 days.
