Why chest pain, burping, arm, leg discomfort for a week?

Chest pain for a week now,but burps alot at night left arm and lower leg gets norm at times

You might be suffering from acid reflux. This condition makes your chest hurt and you burp a lot. Along with chest pain, you might experience it down the left side of your body. The reason could be overeating, stress, or spicy food. Cut down on your meal portion and avoid spicy foods. Also, try to lift your head while sleeping. In case the problem persists, you should consult a cardiologist.
