"As" per your clinical history is concerned please take -(Cetriaxone 1000mg inj) once a day for 3 days,add -(Azithromycin 500mg) once a day for 5 days ,add -(Vizylac caps) twice a day for 10 days ,add-(Cyclopam MF tab) every 8 hours if there is any pain.
