When you are experiencing pain in your chest which radiates to your left shoulder, left arm, and neck it may be an indication of a heart problem. One reason for this could be the heart's failure to receive sufficient oxygen. This can also be caused by the blockage of blood vessels. The symptoms are the same for both heart attacks and angina. Thus, visit a cardiologist.
