Can Vitamin Deficiency Reverse Premature Hair Greying?

Hello doctor, I am suffering from premature hair greying. I'm 18 years old, and when I talked about it with my family, they said that we didn't face any greying in our teens, so it can't be from genes. I'm very anxious about my hair greying. Is there any chance that if I had a vitamin deficiency and I cured it, it would become black again . And is there any medication for that ??? Please help me out, doctor.
