Why do I experience sudden chest pain?

I am 21 years male and I am feeling a sudden pain on my right side of chest and it came so sudden and continue paining for a lil time and then dissappear and I have felt it many times

This condition is called costochondritis which causes a feeling that the chest might have been injured. It happens when your chest cartilage gets inflamed.Alternatives are using ice packs, taking painkillers, and staying away from physical activities that aggravate the pain. However, if the pain continues consult a cardiologist for proper treatment.
